As the Year Turns
Each year, I take this moment to pause and offer a few wishes. Not resolutions, but intentions. A reminder that beauty, curiosity, and meaning are things we choose, again and again.
As the year comes to a close, I like to slow down.
To take stock. To breathe. To let gratitude settle before rushing ahead.
This space between what has been and what is about to unfold feels sacred to me. A quiet threshold. A moment for reflection, intention, and gentle wishes shared from the heart.
So I wanted to offer you mine:
Sending heartfelt wishes for a peaceful end of the year, and may you ease seamlessly into the new one.
May you be safe, happy, healthy, prosperous, curious, generous, inspired, passionate, kind, and loving.
May you feel rooted in this ever-changing world, grounded and sure, while still shooting for the stars, dreaming big and bold.
May you keep shining your light, making the world around you brighter.
May you notice the infinite beauty that surrounds us, and feel the magic in the air.
May you dance often and laugh your heart out, feeling alive, creative, and content.
May you speak your truth with clarity and confidence, trusting that the world needs you exactly as you are.
May you stay curious, opening books, asking questions, learning something new simply because you can.
May you find nourishment in the arts. In beauty, in ideas, in music, movement, words, and all that remind us what it means to be gorgeously alive.
May you give love and feel loved, fully and abundantly, and may you always remember that you are love(d).
May you pause to savor the moment whenever you can, and find refuge in your happy place whenever you need it.
And may our shared love for meaningful, sparkly jewels continue to glow.
As this chapter comes to a close, I am pausing too. Taking stock. Letting my heart swell with gratitude. I get to live my sparkly dreams because of your trust and support, and that is a gift I hold very dear.
