Holiday Gifting retun policy

1. How long does it take to receive my order?

Most of our jewelry is crafted to order in our Manhattan studio, so please allow between 1 and 4 weeks for delivery, depending on the item.  We appreciate your patience as we create your unique piece!

If you order from our READY TO SHIP collection, your order will be shipped within 3 business days. 

2. What kind of precious metal options do you offer?

We craft our jewels in 14 karat and & 18 karat recycled gold and Fairmined Gold in yellow, white and rose gold. See HERE for more details about our gold options. Platinum is available for custom orders.

3. Can I customize my jewelry?

Absolutely! We love crafting customized jewelry, for a result as unique as you are. You can fill out a custom work request HERE and co-create with Delphine.

Our top-selling jewel, the BOHEME SMALL CLICKER, allows you to securely hold and display your favorite charms in a versatile and stylish way, changing your styling as you see fit.

For many of our designs, we can give you options for different metals and gemstones, so you can create a personalized piece that reflects your individual style and taste.

We offer a choice in terms of precious metals too: all our designs are crafted in recycled gold and most are available upon request in responsibly sourced 18k Fairmined gold or platinum.+

4. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, you can return your unworn merchandise within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please note that sale items, discounted jewelry, and custom orders are final and cannot be returned.

5. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to orders@delphineleymarie.com with your invoice number and a description of the item you wish to return or exchange. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions. Please make sure to ship the item back to us in its original packaging and using a trackable and insured shipping method.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at orders@delphineleymarie.com. You may cancel or make changes to your order within 48 hours of placing it, as long as we have not started processing it. If your order is already being processed, we may be able to offer a partial refund, depending on the progress of the order.

9. Can I book a virtual or in-person appointment?

Of course! If you'd like to schedule a virtual meeting via Zoom, you can book an appointment HERE. We look forward to meeting you!

10. What are your shipping options?

We ship using USPS fully insured Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS. If you need to expedite your shipment or prefer a different carrier, please contact us at orders@delphineleymarie.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

11. Do you ship internationally?
