Designed to Move With You

Le Pendule is the newest piece in my SeaSpell collection.

It is both talisman and tool. It is also simply a jewel.

You do not need to use it as a pendulum to be drawn to it.

Its beauty, weight, and movement are complete in themselves.

I sculpted it with movement in mind.

Suspended from its chain, it sways with a natural rhythm. In the hand, it spins freely, thanks to its swiveling V-shaped bail. Its weight is intentional, substantial enough to feel grounding, smooth enough to glide between your fingers without resistance.

I hand sculpted only 3 of this pendulum in wax in my Manhattan studio and cast it in solid 18k recycled gold. Each Le Pendule holds a natural Sleeping Beauty turquoise bullet cabochon, known for its clear, even sky-blue tone. Gold brings warmth. Turquoise brings depth. Together, they balance fire and water.

A jewel designed to take an active part in your life.

Why I Keep a Pendulum Nearby

I always keep a pendulum close.

It helps me ground myself and tune in with my intuition.

When I need clarity, I hold it and let it swing. The simple rhythm of its movement slows my thoughts and brings me back into my body. Often, that shift alone is enough.

Sometimes the question is simple: do I move forward, or wait? Do I say yes, or hold back? Before I look for answers outside of myself, I pause, breathe, and let the pendulum move. In that space, I can feel where my body softens, where my breath deepens, where something aligns. That is often all I need.

When I use it more intentionally, I begin with simple questions where I already know the answer. I watch the direction of the swing until it feels steady and consistent. Only then do I move into what truly matters.

The process is direct and embodied.

I wanted to translate that experience into something I could wear, a jewel born of beauty and movement, with weight and flow. Le Pendule is the result.

Born of Salt and Sunlight

I grew up on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. Elemental motion was simply part of daily life there.

The tide advances and retreats without hesitation. Sunlight scatters across water in shifting flashes of gold. Everything moves, yet the horizon remains steady.

There is a wild poetry in that balance.

Movement is not chaos. It is rhythm, an ebb and flow that helps us find our way back to center. Le Pendule reflects that rhythm.

Its rounded form recalls a sea pebble, smoothed by time and tide, substantial in the palm, worn by current and sun. A jewel worthy of a mermaid, imbued with her wisdom.

Gold catches the light like sun over water. Turquoise anchors depth beneath the surface.

Sea-born. Sun-kissed. Spell ready.

Movement and Discernment

As a classically trained dancer, my relationship to movement is deeply rooted.

Balance is presence within motion. It is the ability to pause, be fully present, and return to center. That understanding lives inside this piece.

There is something powerful about allowing the body to move while the mind observes. A pendulum gives the mind a focal point. The repetition steadies the nervous system. The rhythm creates space.

A pendulum does not hand you answers. It helps you listen. The swing becomes a mirror. The rhythm becomes a guide. Le Pendule strengthens that dialogue and encourages us to trust ourselves.

Its weight anchors attention. Its spin narrows focus. Its sway invites breath.

Discernment sharpens when we are fully present.

Talisman and Tool

Each piece I sculpt carries intention.

Le Pendule grows from that same foundation, and it adds something essential: movement. It does not simply symbolize intuition. It engages it. It responds. It sways. It spins.

Treasure and function. A jewel designed to move with you, in rhythm with your own internal signal.

Of course, you do not need to perform a ritual for this piece to carry meaning. Wearing Le Pendule as you would any beloved jewel is already enough. The movement, the weight, the touch throughout the day, that alone can anchor you. The ritual is simply an invitation, if you are curious to explore further.

RITUAL FOR CLARITY, DISCERNMENT, AND INTUITION

You might turn to this pendulum practice for clarity at the beginning of your day, before an important conversation, or when a decision feels layered and complex.

Use this practice when you are making a decision and want to anchor into your intuition, steady your focus, and return to center before you move forward.

This ritual is not about predicting the future or outsourcing your power.
It is a practice of listening, of turning inward for intuition and discernment.
Le Pendule does not decide for you. It reflects your internal alignment.

YOU WILL NEED

  • Your Le Pendule on a chain
  • A white candle for clarity (optional)
  • Lavender or a grounding scent (optional)
  • A small bell to open and close the ritual (optional)

You may also simply hold the necklace and begin. The tool is already complete.

BEGIN

  1. Sit comfortably with both feet grounded. Lengthen your spine. Let your breath settle.
  2. If using a candle, light it now. If using a bell, ring it once to begin.
  3. Hold the chain in your right hand and let Le Pendule hang freely over your open left palm.
Your left hand stays open and receptive. The answers are within you.
  4. Calibrate first. Ask simple questions where you already know the answer, and observe how your pendulum moves.
Examples: “Is my name …?” “Am I sitting right now?”

For me: clockwise = yes, counterclockwise = no, and a straight line = maybe / unsure.
Your signals may differ. Let yours reveal themselves clearly and consistently.
  5. Once your yes, no, and maybe responses feel steady, ask your real question. Keep it clear. Ask directly. Observe without forcing.
  6. Pause. Notice your breath, your body, and what shifts in you as the answer arrives.
  7. Close with one bell ring, or one full grounding breath. Place Le Pendule near your heart, and move forward with clarity.

Whether you engage with Le Pendule through ritual or simply through touch throughout the day, its movement remains an invitation to listen more closely to yourself.

Wear It Your Way

Wear Le Pendule close to the heart on your favorite chain, or layer it with other SeaSpell talismans as part of your personal necklace story. Its swiveling bail is designed for movement, inviting touch and presence throughout the day.

Le Pendule is sculpted by hand by Delphine, then cast in solid 18k recycled gold and bezel set with a natural Sleeping Beauty turquoise.
